Challenge

The challenge

Mental health awareness and access to supportive resources remain important challenges. Digital technology can help make information, self-reflection tools, and supportive experiences more accessible.

Approach

Our approach

Sehass approached MBIPA as a digital product rather than simply a content application, combining product design, mobile engineering, AI interaction, assessment experiences, and supportive digital content.

What we built

What we built

A mobile-first digital wellbeing product spanning conversational AI, structured self-assessments, a musicothérapie library, and a multilingual user experience.

  1. 01

    AI conversational companion

An AI-powered conversational experience designed to provide supportive interaction. Users can choose between different companion personalities to guide their session.

The AI companion is not a replacement for a psychologist, therapist, doctor, or emergency service.

  2. 02

    Wellbeing assessments

MBIPA offers structured self-assessment experiences including WHO-5, WEMWBS, and a burnout-related assessment (MBI). These are screening and self-reflection tools.

These are assessment and screening experiences. They are not diagnostic instruments and do not replace professional care.

  3. 03

    Musicothérapie

A wellbeing-oriented music library with categories such as relaxation and réconfort designed to accompany the user's session.

  4. 04

    Mobile application

MBIPA is delivered as a mobile application with a dashboard summarising the session, quick access to core features, and daily supportive guidance.

  5. 05

    Multilingual experience

MBIPA is designed as a multilingual experience — the interface shown in the current screenshots is presented in French.

Language coverage reflects what is currently visible in product screenshots. Additional languages will be listed as they are confirmed.

  6. 06

    Onboarding and user experience

Onboarding, navigation, and daily interaction were designed as part of the product experience — not just a wrapper around content.
